Over the past week the earthquake in Haiti has been the big news and I have found a strange connection. Pat Robertson of the 700 Club says that the earthquake was because of a pact made with the devil 200 years ago. The Ambassador from Haiti said that if that is the case then the expansion of the United States, talking about the Louisiana purchase, was effected by this "Pact with the Devil" as well. Now lets go back almost 5 years to when Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans. Pat Robertson said then that this was God punishment. So you see we can now blame Haiti for Katrina.

This makes perfect logic, right? It's kind of funny how these so-called "godly" men like Pat Robertson seem to always take a natural disaster and turn it into "God's Wrath". Sad part is they do it because it gets their name said on the news more. until now I didn't even know Pat was still alive, sure wish god would call him home.
